England can send 14 players to the WESPA Championship in Perth in November 2015.
The qualification statistic is the average of three figures:
- Figure 1 - peak rating for the period April 2014 - Nov 2014
- Figure 2 - peak rating for the period Dec 2014 - Mar 2015
- Figure 3 - the unweighted rating (as used for title purposes) for the year 2014
100 games must be played over the period from Jan 2014 - March 2015.
A minimum of 7 games will need to be played in each of the periods mentioned (Apr-Nov and Dec-Mar).
This will form the basis of the first 12 qualifiers.
There will be one qualifier from the BMSC 2015 in August for anyone not already qualified.
The remaining 2 places will be awarded to anyone who meets three 3 'peak' rating criteria above the 13th and 14th players in line but has only played between 75-100 games, otherwise the players in 13th and/or 14th place will qualify.
Qualifiers must therefore have played games in the period Dec-Mar regardless of how many games they have played up to the end November 2014, with the exception of the BMSC place.
Residency requirements for the England players are the year of the event (2015) the year of qualifying (2014) and the year before (2013).
ABSP membership will be required by end of January for the peak places, and at the time of playing for the BMSC place.
