The 2005 World Championships in London have resulted in the best ever performance from an Australian WSC team. All four players finished in the top quarter, with Naween, Paul and Andrew all being in finals contention.

Australia's team also had more wins on average than any other. Naween and Paul's results were their personal best, and David's 11th has been widely noticed as an impressive debut.

Australia will also gain a fifth spot for the 2007 World Championships for our team's sterling performance.
