Players under 18 can compete in the 2024 Australian Junior Scrabble Championship which will be a one day competition in August in New South Wales. It will be open to all Australian resident children born after 1 Jan 2007. There will be an overall winner, as well as age category winners: under 8, under 10, under 12, under 14.

The South Australian Scrabble Championship has for the second time in a row has been won by the West Australian player, Russell Honeybun. Second and third places were Trevor Tao and Jane Taylor. See RESULTS

The dates and venue for the 2024 Trans Tasman have been settled. Over three days, Friday 15th to Sunday 17th November 2024, twelve Aussies and twelve Kiwis will play 24 rounds at Mount Eden, a picturesque suburb of Auckland. The Australian team is selected by rating performance over 11½ months. See
