BBDLNNVexch BBDLNV +0 BLIND looks the best of a bad lot here. It offloads four consonants
and still scores 21 points. Exchanging six tiles foregoes those 21
points in the hope that fresh tiles will rebuild scoring potential much
faster. BLEB is also worth consideration. When exchanging tiles,
many players automatically exchange all seven. However, Paul
chooses to keep one of the last two remaining "N"s (noting there are
plenty of vowels to come).
